For this agreement, "GMPL Distributor/ Direct Sellers/ Stock Pointers/ Independent Sales Representative/ GMPL Business Owner" is an individual who has agreed, as per the terms of the GMPL Distributorship or Direct Selling Contract, to be a GMPL Independent Sales Representative, (b) who remains an active GMPL Independent Sales Representative in good standing, and (c) whose GMPL Independent Sales Representative Contract/ Distributorship Contract or status as an Independent Sales Representative has not been terminated or suspended.

"GMPL Distributorship Contract or Independent Sales Representative Contract" is a GMPL direct selling contract that includes the GMPL Terms and Conditions and any Policies and Procedures attached to or accompanying such a contract. The GMPL direct sellers/GMPL Distributor/ GMPL Stock pointers/ GMPL Business Owner shall be collectively referred to as the "GMPL."

As per the business model, GMPL compensates its distributors. All the terms mentioned in the Contract are part of this agreement. Before signing the Contract, it is recommended to read the terms and conditions carefully.

KYC Verification: GMPL requires KYC details to be submitted within 30 days of the date of Registration. If the KYC details are not submitted within 30 days, the commission of any previous period shall not be entitled to the individual.

The contents of the GMPL Websites are copyrighted under Indian copyright laws, and the GMPL Websites are owned and operated by GMPL. None of the materials on the GMPL Websites may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way, except as stated in this Agreement. You may download one (1) copy of any particular material from the GMPL Websites for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you agree to abide by any copyright notice or other restrictions contained in or applicable to such materials.

GMPL Trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos appearing on the GMPL Websites are proprietary trademarks of GMPL. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the use of any of our trademarks or any other content made available through the GMPL Websites is strictly prohibited.

You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of the GMPL Websites is true, accurate, and complete, and you will maintain and update such information as needed, such that the information remains true, accurate, and complete. If the veracity of this information is not established or cannot be proved, GMPL reserves all rights to terminate or suspend your contract/distributorship.

To access certain areas of the GMPL Websites, you may be required to register with GMPL, which will provide you with a Distributor ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the GMPL Websites and for all transactions that occur in connection with your username. GMPL is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of a user's submissions, transmissions, or data or for any material or data sent or received or not sent or received. GMPL is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content or conduct of any other party (including without limitation any GMPL independent party), or any infringement by a third party of another's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Indemnification: Users will indemnify and hold the GMPL entities harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other proceedings arising from or related to any of the following (the "Claims"): (a) their use of, inability to use, or activities in connection with the GMPL websites; (b) any violation of this Agreement or any other GMPL terms, conditions, or policies by the user or through any account they may have with any GMPL
